The winning applicant will be required to enter into an agreement with the Department of Housing and Works (DHW). The agreement takes the form of DHW's general conditions of contract for the provision of architectural services, adapted for this project. The agreement must be executed by both parties prior to further services being rendered.
Upon notification of shortlisting, successful applicants will be required to indicate acceptance of the agreement's terms and conditions, using the attached Statement of Intent form. It is recommended that applicants to the CentreStage competition familiarise themselves with the agreement and the Statement of Intent form.
